1. require education certificate with hrd stamp (home department) (authentication) has to be stamped from local home department of respective state after hrd stamped certificate has to be send to delhi for mea (ministry of external affairs) stamp and saudi attestation for this we require check list for saudi attestation (click here)

When a person from India go abroad for job his certificates has to be authenticated by that country's embassy or consulate in India.
